CANAL CAFÉ is located at the top of the impressive Canal at the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center (SNFCC). As the latest project of the ITcompany, the team behind Kolonaki's hotspot IT restaurant, CANAL CAFÉ aims to offer a gastronomic experience fully aligned with the aesthetics and principles of SNFCC.
The CANAL CAFÉ menu [take away και sit-in] supports the three-pack MEET your healthy ego, TASTE the freshness, EXPLORE the green side of life, and invites the visitor to enjoy a healthy, gastronomic getaway in a minimal space of high aesthetics. Curated by the international Chef Andreas Lagos, the menu features pure raw materials, clean tastes, simple and balanced recipes, fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients, bearing strong elements of the Greek nature and tradition.
